Refund policy
Due to the hygiene and cosmetic nature of fragrances, perfumes can only be returned if the original cellophane wrap, box, and seal are completely unopened and undamaged.
If a perfume has been sprayed or opened, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. If met to these terms, the refund will be the full price of the order.
Sample vials and discovery sets are non-refundable and final sale.
