    We make every effort to display the colors, packaging, and details of our perfumes as accurately as possible.
    We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
    Fluid colors and bottle designs may slightly vary depending on manufacturer batches.
    All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
      SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
      Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
      We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

        SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (PERFUMES)
        Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as Hazardous Materials / Dangerous Goods for shipping purposes.
        Due to shipping regulations, air freight options may be restricted. Shipping times may vary based on transportation limitations.
        We only ship to countries and regions listed in our Shipping Policy.
        The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
          SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND HYGIENE POLICY
          Due to the hygiene and cosmetic nature of fragrances, perfumes can only be returned if the original cellophane wrap, box, and seal are completely unopened and undamaged.
          If a perfume has been sprayed or opened, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
          Sample vials and discovery sets are non-refundable and final sale.

            We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
